Consideration of Adverse Sustainability Impacts of Investment Decisions on Sustainability Factors (Article 4 SFDR)

Even though Archipelago Investments has integrated the consideration of Sustainability Risks into the investment decision-making process, we do not currently consider the principal adverse impacts (”PAI”) of our investment decisions on Sustainability Factors.
The reason for opting against doing so is primarily that the regulatory technical standards (“RTS”) supplementing SFDR, which set out the content, methodology and information required in the principal adverse sustainability impact statement (PAI Statement), is very detailed and the individual company specific data indicators required is difficult to access (or estimate) from or for most companies in our investment universe and data from external database suppliers (that approximate some of the indicators required) are still very costly to acquire.
We reserve the right to reconsider this position in the future when more information on individual company specific data indicators required is made more accessible to investors.
